The rules and guidelines are as follows:
- The songs must be idol female Japanese idol songs, and must have been released in 2013.
- The songs can be any track on a single or an album. However, they can NOT be a single from a previous year that appears on an album in 2013. The only exclusion to this is if the song was re-recorded by a new-lineup or completely re-arranged, making the song a new version. (In which case, specify that you are voting for the new version of said song.)
- You don't have to fill the entire form. For your vote to be counted, you only have to vote for at least one song. However, you are given the option of voting for up to 20, so if you can think of your Top 20 songs of the year, feel free to use all the spaces on the form!
- Please try your best to rank songs in order of your favorite to least favorite, as the votes will be slightly weighted based on where they are placed in your ranking. (Though, of course, nothing can get a song higher than getting multiple votes, ranking it higher can help.)
- Please include the song title in romaji, as well as the group/idols name.
